A number of studies indicate changes in Germans’ perception of the Spanish property sector. The fall in prices, together with an improvement in the quality of construction in recent years, means that there is renewed interest in Spanish properties.

In view of this fact, and with a recovery in Germany’s economy expected, PROVIA (Association of Real Estate Developers in the Province of Alicante), with the sponsorship of 6 of the association’s largest companies has launched the Jetzt Spanien Immobilien project, an informative campaign offering useful, factual information to Germans interested in Spain.

PROVIA promotes the www.JetztSpanienImmobilien.de blog, which has already received thousands of visits, and is also going to organise an informative event in Frankfurt on 3 and 4 October where, as well as resolving any doubts that those interested may have, the six companies participating in the consortium will describe their best offers.
